It was the moment that had everyone talking.
Michael Jackson performed as a hologram during Sunday night's Billboard Music Awards. A last-minute lawsuit nearly derailed the project, however a federal judge ruled days before the performance that Jackson's hologram didn't violate any patents held by Hologram USA Inc. and Musion Das Hologram Ltd. The companies own rights to technology that created the Tupac Shakur hologram that performed at the 2012 Coachella music festival.
The hologram performance of "Slave to the Rhythm" from Jackson's new album Xscape caused a wide variety of reactions online. Some were excited, while others like Ramona found it kind of weird:
