This year we learned a lot about Bill Cosby's alleged creepy past. In 2015 more than 50 woman came forward with allegations that they were sexually assaulted and drugged by Cosby. And now just before the statute of limitations is set to run out, there's an arrest warrant issued.
Update: And now we've learned that Cosby has been charged with felony sexual assault in Montgomery County, PA. If he is convicted Cosby faces up to 10 years in prison.
The incident attached to the arrest warrant is from an incident in 2004 where Cosby allegedly drugging and sexually assaulting former Temple employee Andrea Constand at his Elkins Park, Pennsylvania mansion sources tell PEOPLE.
We will keep you posted on any updates as there is a news conference later this morning about the warrant.
